§ 2 Definitions

  1. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity. Consumer rights also apply to sole proprietors making purchases for purposes not directly related to their professional activity.

  2. Seller – BB STUDIO BEATA I JACEK ŻUKOWSCY CIVIL PARTNERSHIP conducting business at the address specified in § 1.

  3. Regulations – these regulations defining the rules for using the online store.

§ 3 Purchase and Payment Conditions

  1. Prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).

  2. Available payment methods: bank transfer, electronic payments (e.g., Płatności24, PayPal, Blik), cash on delivery.

  3. The payment deadline is 3 working days from the date of order placement.

§ 4 Delivery

  1. Delivery costs and times are specified on the store’s website.

  2. Available delivery methods: courier service, personal pickup.

  3. The store delivers within Poland and selected European Union countries and the United Kingdom.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The period begins from the day the consumer receives the goods.

  3. Withdrawal requires the submission of a declaration (a form is available on the store’s website).

  4. In case of withdrawal, the store refunds all received payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard one).

  5. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods. If the returned goods cannot be sent back via regular postal service due to their nature, the store informs the customer about the estimated return cost.

  6. The store refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal declaration but may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.

§ 6 Complaints

  1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint in the case of defective goods.

  2. Complaints can be submitted by mail or electronically.

  3. The store reviews complaints within 14 days.

  4. Complaints can be based on non-compliance of the goods with the contract (for consumers) or warranty (for entrepreneurs). The consumer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract if the defect is significant.

  5. If the complaint is accepted, the store repairs or replaces the goods, reduces the price, or refunds the money.

§ 7 Personal Data Protection

  1. The Seller is the administrator of personal data.

  2. Personal data is processed to fulfill orders and for marketing purposes if the customer consents.

  3. The customer has the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of their data.

  4. Detailed information on data processing is available in the store’s privacy policy.

§ 8 Final Provisions

  1. Matters not regulated by these regulations are subject to Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. The regulations are available on the store’s website.

  3. The store is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper use of products contrary to their intended purpose or the manufacturer's instructions.

  4. The consumer has the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution methods, such as the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection or the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  5. All disputes will be settled by the competent Polish courts.
